What Redteam AI is
Redteam AI is a decision and code stress testing tool. It runs your submission through a four-stage adversarial analysis using four independent AI models. The output is an adversarial analysis designed to surface potential weaknesses, risks, and failure modes. It is a thinking tool, not an authority.
What Redteam AI is not
Redteam AI is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or professional advice of any kind. The legal strategy analysis feature is a stress testing tool only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. No analysis produced by Redteam AI should be acted upon without consulting qualified professionals appropriate to your situation. By using the legal analysis feature, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
Acceptable use
You may use Redteam AI to stress test genuine business decisions, investment theses, code, and legal strategies that you are involved with or authorized to evaluate. You may not submit content that is confidential under a non-disclosure agreement you are bound by, content that would cause harm to others if acted upon, content designed to test the AI models rather than a genuine decision, or content that violates applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Accuracy and reliance
AI-generated analysis can be wrong. The models may hallucinate facts, misunderstand context, or reach incorrect conclusions. The adversarial structure of the loop is designed to reduce these risks but does not eliminate them. You agree not to rely solely on Redteam AI output for any significant decision without independent verification and appropriate professional consultation. Redteam AI is one input, not a final answer.
Payment and refunds
Decision record PDFs are purchased on a per-analysis basis. Prices vary by domain: from $39 for code review and founder prep, $149 for VC deal review and business decisions, and $249 for legal strategy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because analysis is generated immediately upon submission, we do not offer refunds once the analysis has been completed and the PDF is available for download.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Redteam AI a limited license to process your content through the AI pipeline to generate your analysis. The analysis output belongs to you. The Redteam AI platform, interface, prompts, and methodology are our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
Redteam AI is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions made based on analysis produced by Redteam AI, any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service, or any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated terms at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
