Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you use Redteam AI, we collect the content you submit for analysis (your decision, code, or legal matter), your email address if you purchase a decision record or opt in to follow-up emails, and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
Your submission content is passed to AI models to generate the adversarial analysis. It is stored in our database so you can access your results and so we can send you optional follow-up emails at 30 days, 90 days, and 12 months to track how the decision played out. We use this follow-up data to measure the accuracy and usefulness of our analysis over time. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your submissions to train AI models.
AI providers
Your submission content is sent to the following US-based AI providers to generate the analysis: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-5), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok). Each provider receives only the content necessary for their stage of the analysis. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. All providers are US-owned companies.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. All providers maintain appropriate security standards. Your analysis results are stored indefinitely so you can return to them. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@redteam.ai.
Follow-up emails
If you purchase a decision record and provide your email, we will send you follow-up emails at 30 days, 90 days, and 12 months asking what happened with your decision. These emails contain a simple yes/no response link. You can opt out of follow-up emails by replying to any follow-up with "unsubscribe" or by emailing hello@redteam.ai.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the service. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies as part of payment processing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@redteam.ai with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of Redteam AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
